We have decided to officially declare Sunday as our family day to go out somewhere and spend time with just the four of us. To kick it off, two Sunday's ago, we went to the Aquarium of the Pacific. This was Ella's second time there, but I'm sure she didn't remember going before since she was maybe two weeks old last time we took her. It was really fun to see her get excited and try to interact with the sea life there. Mark took charge of Ella for a little while, so it was great to spend some Nathan and Mommy time as well.

Mark with the kids petting bat rays. This has always been a favorite of Nathan's and I think it will be Ella's too. She got soo excited, jumping up and down, when the bat rays would come up to us.
