Happy Valentine's Day!

Valentine's Day was really fun this year. Nathan go into it, making valentines for his classmates and Daddy. We surprised Daddy with a "We love you this much!" poster where I used Nathan's hands on the edges to represent him holding out his hands and Ella's feet in the shape of a heart for the love. We also gave him is favorite candy, Reese's Pieces. Nathan and Ella both received Valentine's from us and then Nathan said the darnest thing! "Daddy where is Mommy's Valentine's present?" Mark kind of ignored him and then he said "Daddy, we have to go to Target to buy Mommy something for Valentine's Day!" I was cracking up. Well, I went to work with no Valentine's Day gift. Turns out they did have a surprise for me. They hid in my classroom while the custodian went to get me by telling me there were pigeons in my room. I ran in to find Mark, Nathan, and Ella hiding behind my desk with a card, flowers, and candy! It was so sweet! Best Valentine's Day Ever!
